Tungkol naman po sa lamesa, marami po kayong pwedeng pag pilian na design dipende sa budget. Para mag ka idea, pwede po kayo mag punta sa mga ibat-ibang Internet Cafe gaya ng Netopia, or ang pinaka malapit na shop sa inyong lugar dahil ayun din ang magiging potensyal nyo na ka kompetisyon.

Para sagutin naman ang mga sumusunod na katanungan:

1. Kelangan bang may isang server unit sa internet cafe at ano ang specs. nito?

-- Kung lima lang po, pwede na po yan i sulat muna sa papel ang mga oras. Kasi, pag kumuha pa kayo ng isa sa limang PCs para maging server ay masyado na pong onti ang apat. Lahat po kasi ng computers ay mabibilis at pwede maging server. Or, pwede po kayo mag purchase ng isang unit for P11,500.00 same specs para maging server.

2. Anong software yong magclock sa bawat user para maging automatic na pagswitch-off pagka consume na

yong ticket time nya. Sa bawat ticket may nakatatak user code at password, iinput nya ito pagstart ng CPU.

Pagka 5 minutes nalang ang natira, magalert na sa user na malapit na matapos ang time nya at kusa nalang

mag off ang nasabing unit after 5 minutes.

-- Mayroon pong kasamang ganitong program ang package. Tuturuan din ang inyong staff kung paano gamitin.

3. May kasama ba sa offer mga latest anti-virus software?

1) Who will be handling the Business Permit for the Cafe? Is that included in your package?

-- Business Permit, shop location/construction, tables and chairs, electric, internet connection are some of the things that a client need to have before purchasing our package. If you want to know what are the included in the package, please visit www.icafebusiness.com/package_all.htm

For the business permit, please ask your local barangay official if you can start first before applying for one (some provinces have this program for their constituents).

2) Are your packages for SALE or for RENT? Like is the package a franchise package or a set-up/sale package?

It depends on the barangay where you will be putting your shop. In the province, you only need a Barangay clearance to operate. Pls. ask your local officials for their requirement.

You can still purchase our I-Cafe package and have them ship to Catanduanes. The only thing that you won't avail is our free setup.

We also suggest to upgrade your CRT monitors to LCDs so that it will be cheaper when you send it. Just add P3,500.00 per unit to upgrade it to 15.5" ACER LCDs.

During your stay in Manila, we can deliver the units to your pad and ask my technician to install the necessary softwares and even teach you how to network it so that you only need to plug the cables once you get there in Catanduanes.
